By default, LeadByte will contain standard Buyer Feedback codes that can be used. However, you can amend, add and/or remove Buyer Feedback codes in LeadByte and tailor them to your liking, or to align with your Buyer's glossary.

Firstly, head to Campaigns>Settings>Lists>Buyer Feedback

Here, you can amend, add and/or remove Buyer Feedback codes.

Amend

Select  on the code you wish to amend. Then rename the Name and Reference to your liking. Please note that it is important to remember that the Reference that your Buyer will use to prompt the Name on the returned lead. 

Add

Select  and then enter the relevant Name and Reference. Once entered, scroll down the list and click to confirm your changes. Please note that it is important to remember that it is the Reference that your Buyer will use to prompt the Name on the returned lead. 

Remove

Select on the Buyer Feedback code you would like to remove from your list, ensuring you click to confirm your action. Please note that any deleted codes are non-recoverable.
