Amend, Add AND/OR Remove Buyer Feedback Codes
This article explains how you can view, add/remove buyer feedback codes to be used in your account for buyers leaving feedback. You can add as many codes as you like into this section. All of your buyers use the same global feedback code list.
By default, LeadByte will contain standard Buyer Feedback codes that can be used. However, you can amend, add and/or remove Buyer Feedback codes in LeadByte and tailor them to your liking, or to align with your Buyer's glossary.
Firstly, head to the Campaign list screen and click the blue cog icon on the right hand side:

On the page that opens, scroll all the way down at the bottom to see where you can access the various lists, including the buyer feedback types list.

Here, you can amend, add and/or remove Buyer Feedback codes.
Amend
Select "Rename" on the code you wish to amend. Then rename the Name and Reference to your liking. Please note that it is important to remember that the Reference that your Buyer will use to prompt the Name on the returned lead.

Add
Select "+ Add New" and then enter the relevant Name and Reference. Once entered, scroll down the list and click "Save" to confirm your changes. Please note that it is important to remember that it is the Reference that your Buyer will use when leaving feedback on leads via REST API. Please note, there is a character limit of 20 characters for the reference.

Remove
Select "Delete" on the Buyer Feedback code you would like to remove from your list, ensuring you click "Save" to confirm your action. Please note that any deleted codes are non-recoverable.
