Unlocking locked user accounts - 🎥

This article goes over how you can re-activate user accounts that have been locked. It includes a video showing the process for regular users, supplier users or buyer users.


So one of your Users, Suppliers or Buyers are locked out of their account?

If they 're using the incorrect login information they'll be greeted by the below error message on the login screen.

As you can see, all they need to do is reset their password to unlock the account.

However, if for some reason they are struggling with this process you (as an administrator) can unlock their account manually.
