Enabling Exclusion Dates

Many of our clients make full use of our auto-responder tech, which enables one to schedule (automatically) a funnel of SMS and/OR Emails to new leads.  This is great however, one may wish to exclude messaging on some calendar dates such as Christmas Day, Boxing Day or other Public Holidays.

Here are the steps on how to create and link exclusion dates to a responder.

Create Exclusion Dates
You can find this under Responders > Settings
Firstly, select "Add A New Exclusion Date List" then add your date(s) and Save Changes.

Link To Responder
Once you have created your list you need to link it to take affect.  Within your Responder you will see the option to "Enable exclusion date list", once selected you can then select the list you have created.
