These tags will only be present AFTER you have added a Cap onto the delivery.

The X Cap tag will show you the Cap and the X Cap Count tag will show you progress along that cap.

As an example - 

With a cap of 50 and 25 leads received, this passage would read - 

You have received 25 leads out of your monthly cap of 50.
