Contacting the team when you need help

You have a few options:

Preferred 

-  Log in to your account and select the "Raise Support Ticket" icon in the top right corner. 

- Send an email to support@lbyte.zendesk.com.

- If you have a dedicated Account Manager with your package you can also email them directly or via Skype.

Turn around for non-urgent queries is 24-48 hours but tend to be answered within the same working day.
