What is a Vertical?
When creating a campaign, you have the option to assign a vertical. This feature helps group multiple campaigns under a common category, making organisation more efficient. Each delivery linked to a campaign will also inherit the selected vertical.

How do I use verticals? 

To attach a vertical to a campaign, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Campaigns > Add/Edit Campaign (or Advanced Creation when creating a new campaign).

2. Locate the Vertical option and select from a list of pre-defined verticals.

If none of the available options suit your needs, you can customise the list by going to Campaigns (hover over) > Settings > Lists.

Where can I view my verticals?
Once saved, you can view the vertical associated with a campaign by selecting vertical from the columns dropdown on the following screens:

• Lead Search

• Campaign Home

• Delivery Home Screen
