Email Marketplace

The Email Marketplace feature allows you to send a partial info "teaser" email to your buyers, those interested can purchase the lead in order to access the full lead info.

The lead can be sold on a first come, first served basis or offered out to your buyers as a multi-sold lead.

Your Buyer will need access to the Buyer portal in order to use this feature and purchase leads.

Step 1 - Setting up your partial info email

Head to the create delivery screen and choose "email" as your Method. You'll see a checkbox for Marketplace, tick this in order to turn your email delivery into a Marketplace delivery.

Step 2 - Setting up your full info email

Scroll down from your partial info setup and add any fields you'd like the buyer to see in the full info email after they've purchased the lead.

If using the [LEADINFO] tag, please ensure you add any fields to be included using the "Custom Data Mappings" section.

Note - Even if certain fields are omitted from this email, they will still be visible on the Buyer portal lead summary.

It's also important to note that your delivery needs to have a Buyer assigned! No Buyer means no-one will be able to purchase the lead.

Step 3 - Repeat

Repeat the above process for all Buyers you wish to be included in the Marketplace set up.

Step 4 - Add these Marketplace deliveries to your Advanced Distribution

Choose "Auction" as the delivery method and then toggle all the deliveries you want included in the marketplace to green/on.

Once the deliveries are toggled on, you can check the "Enable Marketplace" box to allow LeadByte to begin offering partial information to your Buyers.

Unless added to a Marketplace setup as shown above, the deliveries will function as standard email deliveries.

If the Multi-Sell checkbox is left unticked leads can only be purchased once. Meaning the first Buyer to click the Purchase button will collect the lead and all those clicking afterwards will see a message indicating the lead is no longer available.

If the Multi-Sell checkbox is ticked, then the lead can be purchased by as many buyers as you specify in the approved deliveries box.

3 Approved Deliveries = 3 Buyers can purchase the lead.
