This method allows you to deliver leads from LeadByte to GHL.

On the GHL account page, click on 'Automation' then in the top right corner, click on 'Create Workflow' and then 'Start from Scratch'.

Title the workflow to match your buyer.

Click 'Add New Trigger' and find 'Inbound Webhook' in the list.

Copy the URL to use in your LeadByte delivery and keep this page open.

 

 

Create your LeadByte delivery choosing Direct Post method and HTTP Post CRM/Type.

Enter the URL you just copied into the URL box on the delivery.

 

 

Scroll down to Custom Data Mappings, add all the Input Fields you want to send over to GHL.

Leave the 'Output Fields' as they are.

 

 

Your 'Remote System Response' will need to be set to 'Keyword' = 'Success'

 

 

Click Test.

 

 

Back on your GHL workflow, click 'fetch sample requests'.

 

 

If the data matches, click 'Save Trigger'

 

The next page that opens, defaults to 'Create Contact', underneath click '+ Add field'.

 

Choose a field that needs to be mapped, click the tag button and expand 'Inbound Webhook Trigger'.

Choose from the list (which is populated from your test) the relevant tag.

 

 

Repeat for all fields

 

 

Click 'Save Action'

Toggle from 'Draft' to 'Publish' before clicking 'Save'.

 

 

After saving, you can then add another action to handle what happens to the contact after it is created.
