How do I raise a support ticket?
Click on the resource center button in the bottom right of the page to expand it, then click on 'Raise Support Ticket'.
What are the active support hours?
The support desk is active: Monday-Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm GMT (until 3:00pm on Fridays)
What if I want a delivery/integration set up for me?
If you'd like support to set up an integration for you, the charge is £100 per hour with one hour being the minimum for each integration. A standard integration usually takes one hour.
You will need to provide support with any integration documentation, API keys if required, required fields, the name of the campaign the delivery will be for etc.
We are happy to advise on integrations set up by yourself & help you resolve any issues you may encounter free of charge.
If I can't see certain features described in articles such as 'HLR' or 'Report Schedules' on my LeadByte account, should I contact support?
Yes, if there is functionality or features missing from your LeadByte account, just open a support ticket requesting to be given access to them.
