Location Filtering on a Delivery

Follow

This article will provide you with steps on how to filter leads by location at a delivery level. In turn will only send leads to your buyer/out of LeadByte if the locations set match the Zip/postcode stored against the lead.

What locations are covered?
Currently, we support the United Kingdom, France, United States of America, Canada, Germany, Australia, Netherlands & Belgium.
Note: Please raise a support ticket for any other Countries, we will look to add them in the future.

Where do I find this feature?
Head over to Delivery > Add/Edit > Make sure a campaign has been selected then scroll down to the section with 4 tabs:

  1. Select/View States/Regions
  2. Select/View Counties
  3. Enter/Edit Zip/Postcode
  4. Import Zip/Postcode

How do I use this feature?
Hit 'Select/view States/Regions'. Select the area you would like to target. For example, let's say I wanted to target London in the UK. I would tick the London box here:

This action would unlock the next tab 'View/Select Counties' where I will find a further list of areas within London which allows you to target specific Counties.

I would select my options and save. Thats it.

What if I wanted to upload a list or manually paste a list of Zip/postcodes?
This can be done by selecting import 'Zip/Postcode' or 'Enter/Edit Zip/Postcode'.

Important points/Troubleshooting

  • Ensure you have the correct Country linked to the campaign.
  • This feature works using Zip/Postcode so each lead MUST have one linked to the lead record or the lead will be skipped for delivery.
  • To disable this feature ensure you have deselected/deleted any locations and saved changes.
  • To switch from using the first 2 tabs (State/Regions & Counties) to manually adding Zip/Postcode please ensure you've deselected all State/Regions & Counties and save changes first.
