There are two methods for sending leads from Growform to LeadByte:

1. Webhook Method using the Catch A Hook / Inbound Webhooks LeadByte feature
2. Growform LeadByte integration which requires Zapier

Submitting via Webhook (Zapier Not Required)

On your Growform form page - head to "Edit form settings"

Click "ALERTS & INTEGRATIONS", click "ADD INTEGRATION" and select "Webhook".
 

We will be using the Catch a Hook (Inbound Webhooks) functionality in LeadByte to receive this webhook and submit the leads into your campaign.

Go to the "Tech Hub" tab on LeadByte and then go to "Inbound Webhooks".

Click "+ Add New Hook", give it a name, choose the campaign and choose a REST API Key that has the lead create permission - this can be an Admin key or a Supplier key (if you want to assign an SID to the leads coming from the form).

Click "Copy" to copy down the Hook URL (keep the hook page open on LeadByte until we have sent a test lead over) and paste that into your Growform webhook integration page before clicking "CREATE WEBHOOK".

Now go back to Growform and click "PREVIEW FORM" in the top right.

 

Fill in the form with some testing details and submit - then go back to your LeadByte hook after submitting the test and click "Load Sample" to populate the payload.

You can click "Beautify JSON" to make the payload more readable, then you need to click "+ Add New Mapping" for each field value you are collecting. I have First Name / Last Name / Email / Phone1 / creditAmount so I will add 5 fields to map.

For Input Field, you need to find the field that relates to your value, for example:

text_246390764781971.value corresponds to my creditAmount custom data field on LeadByte
phone_961345889178133.value corresponds to my phone1 standard field on LeadByte

Map them as shown in the screenshot below.

 

Click save on the Hook after mapping each field from the test form submission.

Now when leads are submitted into your form, the Growform webhook will fire and the lead will land into your campaign with the LeadByte fields populated.

That is everything this webhook integration requires - please raise a ticket with support for more guidance if needed.

Submitting via the Growform LeadByte integration (Zapier Required)

Once your form is set up, head to the "Edit form settings" page - 

On the Form Settings page, head to the Alerts and Integration section -

Choose the LeadByte App and create a workflow - 

You'll need your account API key to finalise the Growform side of the Zapier connection.

Find this by heading to the "Account" section, found on the top right hand side of your Growform account. Scroll to the bottom of the account screen, copy your API key and paste it into the Zapier popout.

Now you're logged in, it's simply choosing the correct form and following through to the LeadByte portion of the Zapier setup.
