The buyer schedule dashboard allows you to view daily delivery statistics and temporarily update certain aspects of your deliveries without the need to enter each individual delivery.
Find this feature under the Deliveries > Buyer schedule tab.
You can see statistics on -
- Sold numbers
- Rejected numbers
- Returned numbers
- Cap completion %
You can temporarily update -
- Open and Close
- Distribution Weighting
- Status (Active or Inactive within Advanced Distribution)
CHANGES MADE ON THE BUYER SCHEDULE DASHBOARD ARE TEMPORARY AND WILL REVERT BACK TO THE SETTINGS STORED AGAINST THE DELIVERY AT MIDNIGHT
Q - Why can't I toggle my delivery to Inactive?
A - You will need to ensure that you edit the row first and you will also need to ensure that the delivery has the "Advanced distribution only" checkbox ticked.
Q - Status (Active or Inactive within Advanced Distribution)....So toggling this disables my delivery?
A - No. Your delivery will remain active, but will no longer be included in the advanced distribution setup.
However, this feature will ONLY work when the "Advanced distribution only" checkbox is ticked.
As a result, the when toggled the delivery will no longer receive leads until reset (either automatically at midnight, or manually by a user on the schedule).
