What is a Filter?
Filters are used to either accept, reject or quarantine leads before they are added to a Campaign.
Reference - Name the Filter.
Response Code - Create a text response to send back via the API when the Filter is triggered.
Capture Method - Select which method(s) to apply this Filter to.
Campaign - Select the Campaigns you need this Filter applied against.
Description - Use to leave notes about the Filter.
How to Create a Filter
You create a filter using Campaign Fields and the values that are passed in. In the below example, I want the filter to accept/reject/quarantine if the email address ends with @outlook.com.
One of the most important and complex features of LeadByte is combining Rules within one Filter. The key to creating stable Filters is understanding the logic of AND/OR rules.
ALL rules must be met for the Filter to be passed.
ONE rule only must be met for the Filter to be passed.
It is also possible to create multiple Rules Sets within one Filter. See an example below:
How many records can I paste into 1 Rule?
Can I apply a Filter across more than one Campaign?
