US Phone Validation
We have integrated with BriteVerify in order to give you the ability to live validate your US phone numbers as they hit your campaign.
All billing is handled through BriteVerify, we do not charge to use this integration.
We simply make the validation request to BriteVerify's service and accept or reject the lead based on their response.
1st step - Setting up with BriteVerify
Sign up here -
Add billing details and credits to your account. The more you add, the cheaper each validation will be.
NOTE - WE WOULD RECOMMEND YOU PURCHASE A SMALL NUMBER TO BEGIN WITH TO ENSURE YOU'RE HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE BEFORE BUYING A LARGE NUMBER.
Finally, create a Client Side API key by following the below GIF -
2nd step - Adding your API key to LeadByte
Head to the Admin tab > Tech Hub sub menu and select "Validation Services".
Find BriteVerify under the "Mobile Validation Providers" section and add your credentials in -
3rd step - Enabling Validation on your Campaign
Head to your Campaign settings and scroll down to the "Validation Services"
Toggle the Mobile option on and select "BriteVerify" from the dropdown.
Choose your settings and save your campaign changes!
FAQs
Q - Can I reject landlines but accept Mobile numbers?
A - You can! Simply choose the relevant option you want to reject on in the campaign dropdown.
Q - What if I want to accept landlines into the campaign BUT not send them to a buyer?
A - We give you the option to use the validation response in your delivery rules.
Q - Where can I see the validation results against my lead?
A - Click on the record summary of a lead and scroll down to the Validation Results.
Q - Can I see my credits in LeadByte?
A - No, you'll need to log into BriteVerify for any information about your billing.
