Connecting Jotform to LeadByte
This article will provide you a basic understanding on how to send Jotform generated leads into your LeadByte Campaigns.
Posting form data from Jotform is straight forward, here are the steps to get you set up!
Step 1 - Create LeadByte Campaign
Make sure that you have created your LeadByte Campaign and set the fields that you want to post to from your Jotform form.
Step 2 - Generate Integration Guide For LeadByte Campaign
Create your integration guide (how to post data into LeadByte). You will need to make note of:
- The POST URL e.g.
https://helpcentre.leadbyte.com/api/submit.php?returnjson=yes&campid=CAMPAIGN-A&email={email}&fullname={name}
NOTE: Jotform use { } to map their fields, so ensure you add the correct field name from Jotform (this can be found by following the below)
Step 3 - Add posting string to Jotform
Once you've created your form, head to Settings>Thank You Page>Redirect to an external link after submission and insert your posting string URL to the field, ensuring you've mapped the relevant fields.
Step 4 - Test your form
Now that you have connected your Jotform form to your LeadByte account, you will need to test this to iron out any potential issues. Head to Publish and select to open your form. Enter some sample values and click on your Submit button (or however you have formatted this submission button). Head to your Leads screen and you should see the lead here, unless your submission has been marked as a System Rejection (deduplication, filter rejection, HLR validation etc.).
