Cancelling your account
This article explains how to go about requesting the cancellation of your LeadByte account. It outlines how to do this via raising a support ticket with the correct cancellation category.
Sorry to hear you're looking to leave the platform. Before we go any further with the cancellation process, keep in mind that we do our best to connect our clients with lead sources or lead Buyers.

Cancellation
In order to cancel your account, raise a support ticket and choose the ticket category "Cancel my account". Choose the most relevant reason to your situation, the subject will be prepopulated for you.
Finally ensure you leave as much detail as possible, this is important to us so if not initially provided we will reach out to you for this information.
We do not offer refunds for period of inactivity on the platform.
