Sorry to hear you're looking to leave the platform. Before we go any further with the cancellation process, keep in mind that we do our best to connect our clients with lead sources or lead Buyers. 

If you're struggling to generate leads or you're lacking Buyers, reach out to our sales team (sales@leadbyte.co.uk) with the niche/vertical you're operating in and we'll do our very best to help.

 

Cancellation

In order to cancel your account, raise a support ticket and choose the ticket category "Cancel my account". Choose the most relevant reason to your situation, the subject will be prepopulated for you.

Finally ensure you leave as much detail as possible, this is important to us and if it's not provided so we'll have to reach out to you for this information.

 

Fine Print

We operate on a 30 day notice period. So if you raise your cancellation request on the 1st of the month, you'll have access to the platform until the 30th of the month. This also means that if your 30 day notice contains an invoice period, you will be responsible for paying the pro-rated cost of the invoice.

EG (in a 30 day month) - If you cancel on the 15th, then you'll be responsible for paying half the next months Invoice.

 

We do not offer refunds for period of inactivity on the platform.
